First Aid
All our first aid courses can be ran from your site, at a time that suits you. Training can be ran for group sizes 8 - 16 participants.
Paediatric Outdoor First Aid (2 day)
First Aid course suitable for accompanying all age groups off-site. A 2 day first aid award is appropriate for residential visits, Forest School practitioner and adventurous activities, or where there may be specific medical needs within the group. To meet the EYFS statutory framework requirements, settings should have enough staff who have completed a paediatric 2-day course to ensure that there is always at least one person on site and one person with a group who may be off-site.
There is a large practical element to the training, with the majority of the course being ran outdoors, regardless of weather conditions, looking at real situations and scenarios. It is therefore essential to come equipped with waterproofs, warm clothing and appropriate footwear – you may need to lie down on wet and muddy ground. The course is also suitable for anyone with an outdoor NGB award wanting to update their first aid.
Certification: Yes, valid up to 3 years

Automated External Defibrilator (AED) Training
In the UK, 12 young people die each week due to sudden cardiac arrest, and early defibrillation could triple their chances of survival. AEDs are becoming increasingly available around the UK and they’re designed so that anyone and everyone can use them. If your workplace has an AED, training will mean that you and your colleagues will be prepared to use it!
